Cancellation Policy

At Alpha Urban, we understand that plans can change.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• If your order has not been dispatched, we will provide a 100% refund.

• There are no cancellation charges.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Exchange Policy (No Refund Policy)

At Alpha Urban, we maintain a No Refund Policy.

However, we do offer easy exchanges under the following conditions:

• You can exchange the product for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • A different design

• The exchange product must be of the same price value as your original purchase.

• The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
