Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy after delivery. However, we offer exchanges under the following terms.

• One-time size exchange is absolutely free.
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The exchanged product will be dispatched after we receive and pass quality inspection of the returned item.

• Exchanges for a different design, colour, or product are available at a flat exchange fee of ₹499.
• The selected product must be of the same value or a higher value than the original purchase.
• If the new product is priced higher, the price difference must be paid in advance.
• The replacement order will be shipped only after the ₹499 exchange fee and any applicable price difference are fully settled.

To qualify for any exchange, the product must:

Alpha Urban reserves the right to reject an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

• Once your exchange request is approved, Alpha Urban will arrange a return pickup wherever our courier partners provide pickup service.
• A maximum of two (2) pickup attempts will be made at the customer's delivery address.
• If both pickup attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or any customer-related reason, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.
• In certain locations or pincodes where our courier partners do not offer reverse pickup service, customers will also be required to self-ship the product.
• For approved self-shipments, Alpha Urban will reimburse courier charges up to ₹200 upon submission of a valid courier receipt/invoice.
• Any courier charges exceeding ₹200 shall be borne by the customer.
• Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking. Alpha Urban will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipment.

The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned product is received, passes quality inspection, and all applicable exchange charges and price differences (if any) have been paid.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID, clear photographs, and an unboxing video (if available) to help us verify the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

• Refunds are available only for orders cancelled before shipment.
• No refunds will be issued after an order has been delivered.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• Sale, promotional, clearance, or special offer products may not be eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• Alpha Urban reserves the right to refuse any request where misuse of the exchange policy is suspected.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy.
